Rifz accepts new and unused online purchases within 30 days from the date of shipment.
Each return requires a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns received by Rifz without an RMA number will not be accepted. Returned products must be in or with original packaging and in a resaleable condition. We cannot accept a return with any indication that it has been used or handled in such a manner that prevents Rifz from reselling the product.
Returns on laundered and monogrammed items will not be accepted. All sales are final on custom orders.
All return shipping charges must be prepaid. Rifz Textiles will not accept C.O.D deliveries. for your protection, we recommend using UPS or FedEx Ground for your return. Please keep the tracking number from your return shipment to ensure the package is delivered to our warehouse. Returns should be sent to the following address:
Rifz Textiles Inc.All returns and exchanges are subject to approval. Rifz Textiles Inc reserves the right to inspect and return the product to the customer if they are not acceptable. Unaccepted returns will be shipped back to the customer with a letter stating our reason for your denied claim. Once your return is received and reviewed, you can expect a refund within 30 days.
Refunds within 30 days will be credited back in the original form of payment. Note: Shipping and/or other applicable charges will not be refunded. Shipping costs will only be refunded if the return results from a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.
Orders may be declined or canceled due to limited or out-of-stock quantities. A Customer Service Representative will notify you if your order cannot be fulfilled.
Your receipt of the order confirmation does not constitute Rifz Textiles Inc. acceptance of an order. Rifz reserves the right to review your order, which may be accepted or declined after that time.
In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to technical issues, Rifz Textiles Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for that product listed, regardless of whether you have received confirmation of receipt of that order.
